Juggling a career and a busy household often feels like a constant state of crisis management. This workshop is designed for parents who want to move beyond daily friction and build a home environment where children thrive.
We provide high-impact, practical strategies to improve communication and support your child’s learning. By mastering Executive Functioning Competencies (EFC), you will learn how to provide the right "scaffolding", helping your child (aged 5–18) develop the focus and self-regulation needed to manage schoolwork and life with greater independence.
What You Will Gain from the Workshop
The ability to plan, adapt, and remain resilient is essential for success in today’s world. This workshop equips your family with a shared language for growth, ensuring your child develops the Executive Functioning Competencies (EFC) required to navigate current school demands and thrive in their future lives with confidence.

Building Executive Functioning Competencies (EFC) in children and youth is a collaborative journey that cannot be achieved in isolation; sustainable growth is only possible when supported by parental scaffolding and a consistent home environment. At InnoBest, we recognize that parents serve as the "external prefrontal cortex" for their children, providing the vital structure and emotional regulation that allow new skills to take root. By shifting from a "fix the child" mindset to a "strengthen the system" approach, we ensure that the strategies learned during coaching are reinforced by the people who matter most.
Our Parent-Child/Youth Coaching Programme provides a dual-track experience designed for students aged 9 and up and their parents to work in tandem. For the student, we focus on cognitive mastery—strengthening focus, organization, and goal-setting—while providing a safe space for reflective growth and self-awareness. Simultaneously, we coach parents in the art of effective scaffolding, teaching them how to design a home environment that reduces friction and identifying the precise moments to offer support or step back to foster their child's independence.
The ultimate goal of this partnership is to create a thriving family ecosystem where both cognitive and emotional growth are nurtured holistically. When parents and children share a common language for managing life’s demands, the result is a significant shift toward resilience and self-motivation. This program empowers students to take ownership of their learning while equipping parents with the tools to be effective mentors, leading to a more harmonious home and a motivated individual ready to navigate the complexities of school and life.
